So you’re probably getting a lot of emails with the term “GDPR” and well this is the one from us. We’ll keep is short and simple.

On Friday, May 25th, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) goes into effect, and in case you haven’t heard of it before, according to Wikipedia, this European Union regulation “aims primarily to give control to citizens and residents over their personal data and to simplify the regulatory environment for international business by unifying the regulation within the EU.”

We agree with the philosophy behind the GDPR – companies should be transparent and allow for their users to know exactly what they’re doing with their data should they store it for any reason whatsoever.

We operate under the same philosophy and only store as little of your data as possible and use it for internal purposes to offer you the best experience possible and keep you up to date with any new product launches that we have.

As part of getting ready for the GDPR, we’ve made some changes to our privacy policy, provided more information about how we use cookies, put options to subscribe and unsubscribe from our newsletters in more places, and clarified some internal procedures.

Here’s our updated Privacy Policy. This policy provides information about what type of data we collect and what we do with that data. It also includes information about how to receive access to, request deletion of, or modify your data. By continuing to use the service, you accept the terms of the new Privacy Policy, so we recommend that you please read it.

Here’s a new cookie statement that describes how we use cookies on our various sites.
